Swap the shade

Picked Cloud when you were a Gloss girl? Here is how to swap.

  1. Returns go through your order. Because kits are sold and shipped by our partner storefront, returns are opened from your order page there — not by email to us.
  2. Keep it sealed if you can. An unopened pack is the easiest swap. Once the slime is revealed and mixed, most sellers treat it as used.
  3. Check the window. The return window and any refund method are shown on your order. Holiday purchases often get an extended window.
  4. Damaged or missing pieces? Choose "damaged" or "missing parts" as the reason. Photos of the open box help the seller send a replacement quickly.
  5. Gifts. If the kit was a present, the gift-return option refunds the giver's choice to you without telling them.
