How kits travel to your vanity

From the shelf to your counter, sealed and ready to reveal.

Who ships your kit

We do not keep a warehouse behind this site. When you tap a buy button you land on the official Gui Gui storefront on our partner marketplace, and the kit is packed and shipped by that seller.

What we do

  • Keep the catalogue and prices up to date
  • Explain every texture and step
  • Answer questions about the kits

What the seller does

  • Packing and dispatch
  • Delivery dates and tracking
  • Shipping fees and free-delivery thresholds

Timing and cost

You will see the exact delivery date and any shipping cost at checkout, before you pay. Most kits ship within the US in a few days; bundles and the Mega Slime Haul travel as one parcel.

When the box arrives

Each Gui Gui pack is sealed. Check that the outer box is not crushed and the jars inside are closed. Twin packs sometimes arrive as two separate boxes — that is normal. If anything is missing or damaged, report it from your order page.

Hot and cold weather

Slime does not like extremes. If a parcel has sat in a hot mailbox, let it rest at room temperature for an hour before revealing — the texture comes back. Cold slime just needs warming in your hands.
